Support
Most things have a one-line answer. The rest reach a person, usually the one who wrote the code.
Common answers

| You bought Premium and ads came back | Workshop → Coins → Restore purchases. Purchases live with your Apple or Google account, so this also brings it back on a new phone. |
| A rewarded offer is missing | They need a network connection and appear from your fifth flight onward. The revive offer also needs a run past 150 m — below that it is not worth interrupting. |
| Progress disappeared | Records live on the device, not in the cloud. Deleting the app or moving to a new phone starts a fresh save. Purchases restore; records do not. |
| You want a different character | Workshop → Characters. Six unlock on the ladder's ten-beats, two cost coins, one comes with Premium. |
| The kite never loops | Let the line go above roughly a body-and-a-half of height. Below that gate, releasing does nothing — that is deliberate. |
| You want the tutorial again | Records & Settings → About → Replay the first flight. |
Reporting something broken
Write to hello@8x.social with your device and OS version, and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot or a screen recording is worth more than a description — this game is almost entirely visual, and a frame usually shows the fault immediately.
If it is a purchase problem, include the receipt email from Apple or Google. We cannot see your transactions and cannot look them up.
